Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your class. If a medical emergency or unexpected life event prevents you from attending, you must reschedule into the exact same class (same destination and tier) because each class design is intellectual property. We email your Digital Passport (recipe, shopping list, and buttercream instructions) upon booking, and it is non-refundable once delivered. We send the live Zoom link and reminder 24 hours before class.
